Job Position: Project Sales Engineer
Job Location: Lagos

Requirements

• Candidates must have a minimum of a degree in the following fields:
  • Quantity Survey
  • Building Technology/Building Engineering
  • Civil Engineering
  • Architecture/Structural Design
• Possession of professional qualifications will be an added advantage.

Qualified potential candidates should have a minimum of 2 years work experience and the following skills are required:

• Project supervision/management
• Preparation of bill of quantities(BOQ)
• Resource management
• Project reporting and presentation
• Civil works, waterproofing and roofing
• HSE
• Strong computer proficiency - MS Excel, MS Power Point, Autocad drawings, MS Word
• Strong negotiation and selling skill
