Slava-Yeditepe Projects Limited is recruiting to fill the position of:

Position: Procurement/Logistics Officer
Location: Lagos 
Qualifition
To be considered for the Logistics & Procurement Officer position, you must have:

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and team skills
• Excellent IT skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Commitment to and understanding of SYPL's aims, values and principles
• Experience in supply chain management in an emergency environment including procurement, transport and distribution, warehouse and stock management
• Experience in vehicle and fleet management
• Experience in shipments/cargo deliveries

Desirable:

• Experience with standard procurement procedures and documentation.
• Experience with construction and site project management
• Experience with auto mechanics or electrical installations.
• Relevant qualifications or training courses.

Duties

• Perform a quarterly physical asset check.Assist with warehouse management tasks including ensuring warehouse documentation is maintained in accordance with SYPL policies, overseeing deliveries to and dispatches from SYPL warehouses and checking stocks levels.
• Oversee the compilation of regular fuel consumption reports and monthly vehicle utilization analysis and ensure adherence to SYPL vehicle policy.

• Procure all materials and equipment ordered by the projects in a cost-effective and transparent manner in line with SYPL and donor specific policies.
• Ensure that all orders are tracked, participate in evaluation of bids and proposals and assist with the preparation of contracts.
