Sound Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Assembling, operating, and maintaining studio equipment
  • Mixing audio recordings 
  • Mixing sound for events
  • Set up and test sound equipment before events, broadcasts, or recordings.
  • Work with video editors to  synchronize video with audio tracks
  • Create backing tracks and special effects during events
  • Resolve technical issues when they arise

Qualifications


  • Degree in Audio/Sound Engineering will be an advantage
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • creativity and attention to detail
  • Must be able to work without minimum supervision
  • Must be familiar with industry-standard DAWs like Logic and Pro Tools
  • Ability to cope well under pressure
