Job Summary

• As the organization enters a pivotal phase of growth and transformation, it seeks to appoint a Strategic General Manager to lead this next chapter. 
• The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, operational expertise, and a passion for elevating service standards in the hospitality industry.
• In addition to expanding its core offerings, the company is also developing a Hospitality Training Academy to address functional competency gaps within the sector and cultivate the next generation of industry leaders.

Responsibilities

• A seasoned leader with at least 10 years of progressive experience in strategic and multidisciplinary roles, preferably within high-growth industries.
• Exceptional strategic thinker with a proven ability to articulate and execute transformative initiatives.
• Proficient in business analysis, financial management, human resources strategy, and operational optimization.
• A strong communicator with polished verbal and written skills, capable of delivering consulting-grade presentations and reports.
• Self-aware, having engaged in personal development programs and assessments to enhance leadership effectiveness.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of identifying and resolving challenges with innovative solutions.
• A charismatic leader with executive presence, capable of inspiring and rallying teams across all levels.
