Job Position: Customer Support Intern
Job Location: Lagos (Remote)
Employment Type: Internship

Role Description

• This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Intern.
• The Customer Service Intern will handle customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive experience.
• Daily tasks include providing customer support, addressing concerns, and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
• The role aims to enhance and sustain high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and deliver a positive Customer Experience
• Proficient Phone Etiquette
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in an eCommerce or agricultural setting is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in a related field is preferred
