Job Description
We require a Technical Support (Graduate / NYSC Intern) who can take on a great deal of responsibility such as ensuring that Customer support, hardware and software installation/configuration, diagnosing and repairing of faulty equipment, etc.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing faults.
• Resolving network issues.
• Installing and configuring hardware and software.
• Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
• Time management and multi-tasking
• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Requirements

• OND / Degree in Computer Science or related field with 0 - 1 year work experience.
• Attentiveness to detail and excellent problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS.
• Excellent interpersonal Skills.
• Good written and Verbal Communication skills.

Salary
N20,000 - N30,000 monthly.
