Ticketing Officer

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Ticketing Officer

Location: Lagos

Duties

• Issue tickets and monitor all requests
• Working to strict deadlines and achieving targets as outlined by the Managing director.
• Provide responsive services to clients ensuring that all queries, complaints, problems and transactional requests are attended to quickly and efficiently.
• Problem solving, planning and decision making.
• Providing help and advice to our customers on our products and services.

Requirements

• Must have at least two years working experience as a ticketing officer.
• Must have good knowledge of the use of Amadeus.
• Must be able to work without supervision
• Must have been trained in an aviation institute with certification.
