Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive, and secure websites using WordPress and custom programming where necessary.
• Customize themes and plugins to meet specific client and project needs.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and business development teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and server-side errors.
• Ensure proper website security, backups, and uptime.
• Maintain documentation of code, updates, and processes for internal use.
• Manage hosting, domain configurations, and third-party integrations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Web Developer (agency or client-side).
• Proven expertise in WordPress CMS – including theme development, plugin customization, and WooCommerce.
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
• Graphic design skills (using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, or Photoshop) are an added advantage.
• Experience with APIs, third-party integrations, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
