Requirements
Our criteria for the NOVA Bank Graduate Trainee Program (NGTP) is as detailed below.

• Be passionate and ambitious for sales
• Have a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• Have graduated with a Minimum of a Second Class Lower (2:2)
• Have Completed NYSC
• Not be more than 28 years of age.
