We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service & Sales Agent (Fresh Graduate & NYSC Corper)

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Agents (Fresh Graduates and NYSC Corpers) to handle enquiries, drive bookings, and deliver excellent service across our event venues and rental services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online channels
• Promote and sell hall bookings, marquees, and event rental services
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up logs
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
• Support daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or serving NYSC Corper
• OND / HND / BSc Degree in any discipline
• Willingness to learn and grow in sales and customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Must reside in close proximity to Ikeja.

Salary
N85,000 - N100,000 monthly.
