We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Account Officer

Job Location: Ayobo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Creation and processing of invoices.
  • Tracking organization expenses.
  • Concise record keeping of all company expenditures.
  • Providing reliable support to account unit.
  • Ensure books of accounts are updated till date.
  • Ensure all payment entries made till date
  • Managing account payable and receivable.
  • Handling and managing account inquiries by management.
  • Utilize database to organize company account information.
  • Ensure proper narrations are entered in the books of accounts
  • Ensure all debtors and creditor balances are reconciled weekly/monthly.
  • Ensure all bank accounts are reconciled till date.
  • Ensure payment note is signed by relevant authorities.
  • Ensure all approved invoices are submitted without delay.
  • Ensure notifying of partners/creditor after FX transfer.
  • Opening of salary account for new staffs.
  • Inventory of Incoming and Outgoing shipments to the Warehouse.
  • Withdraw or transfer of funds from bank for organization
  • Preparation of cheques as per signed payment notes.
  • Maintenance of petty cash and Payment Voucher balances.
  • Shipment delivered records update.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience.

Salary
N40,000 - N60,000 Monthly.
