We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Account Officer
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • To ensure proper accounts are kept.
  • To advise management on the actual financial position of the branch.
  • To ensure a working budget.
  • To constantly improve on the efficiency level of the branch while operational expenses are kept at the minimum level.

Roles and Responsilities

  • Ensure up-to-date customer accounts.
  • Ensure prompt lodgement of cash and draft to the bank.
  • Monitor branch performance according to the approved budget.
  • Organize and supervise monthly stocktaking.
  • Facilitate budget draft and approval.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and annual budget variance analysis reports for the branch manager/management.

Qualification

  • B.Sc in Accounting with 3-5 years of work experience in Accounting, preferably in a veterinary pharmaceutical company.
