Job Position: Account Payable Officer

Job Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to manage supplier payments, expense processing, and payable reconciliations. The ideal candidate must be accurate, well-organized, and experienced in handling payables within a structured finance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and post supplier invoices and payment vouchers accurately.
• Maintain proper records of payables and vendor balances.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Support timely payment of vendors in line with approved procedures.
• Assist with expense reviews and basic month-end payable adjustments.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 3–5 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting systems.
• High level of integrity and accountability.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
