Job Position: Account Receivables Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Summary

• The Account Receivables Officer will be primarily responsible for ensuring the company receives payment for goods and services and record these transactions accordingly, securing revenues by verifying and posting receipts; resolving discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the billing system.
• Generating invoices and account statements.
• Performing account reconciliations.
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
• Actively engage in debt recovery through phone calls, mails, visiting customers and every other means possible.
• Producing monthly financial and management reports.
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries.
• Assisting in general financial management and analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Qualification

• Minimum of B.Sc/HND in Accounting any discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the same field.
• Applicants must be resident within Lekki-Ajah axis.

Skills:

• Good business acumen.
• Excellent relationship building and people management skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage expectations.
• A keen eye for detail.
