Founded and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (RC1356092) on 22nd August, 2016 by Mr. Utoro O. Morrison (Founder and GMD/CEO) and supported by his wife, Mrs. Glory Utoro (MD, Bonjour Fast Food Ltd & Bonjour Baking Ingredients Ltd), the duo serve as directors of the companies.
