We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Accountant

Job Location: Orchid Road / Eleganza - Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Mondays - Fridays (8am - 5pm); 8 am - 3pm (Two Saturdays only in a month)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor receivables and payables:Process invoices and follow up with vendors. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial records as well as their compliance with relevant laws
• Prepare monthly financial report
• Prepare monthly income and financial reports
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations. Resolve discrepancies and issues related to bank transactions.
• Expense Tracking: Monitor and track company expenses. Ensure all expenses are properly documented and categorized.
• General Ledger Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the general ledger by posting entries.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial data and documentation.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor's Degrees in Accounting with 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous experience in a similar position from a Supermarket is preferred.

Remuneration

• Salary: N150,000 - N180,00 Net Monthly
• Accommodation Available.
