Job Summary

• We are on the hunt for a highly analytical and qualified Accounts Officer to join our team. In this pivotal position, your duties will include planning budgets, participating in audits, monitoring financial transactions, posting standard journal entries, managing and reconciling Health Management Organization (HMO) claims and receivables, reconciling payables and bank activities, and serving as the primary liaison between the hospital and HMO partners to ensure prompt and accurate payments.

Requirements

• To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of financial policies, procedures, and systems.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
• In addition to being an excellent communicator, our ideal candidate must be a detailed person with outstanding analytical and time management abilities.
• Candidate must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and at least one accounting software. Education Requirement: Minimum bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting or Finance. Experience:
• Proven experience in HMO claims management, reconciliation, and liaison within a healthcare setting is essential.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
