We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Accounts Receivables Officer

Job Locations: Wasimi, Ewekoro and Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely collection of receivables.
• Generate invoices and statements for clients in line with service delivery.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and resolve discrepancies.
• Follow up with clients and contractors regarding outstanding payments.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on receivables status for management.
• Work closely with operations and business units to ensure accurate billing.
• Support in audits by providing necessary documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in receivables or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
