About the Role


  • Best Nigerian Schools is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Manager to oversee daily operations, streamline workflows, and support the smooth functioning of our remote team.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure efficiency across all administrative processes, coordinate team activities, and maintain high operational standards that align with our mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily administrative operations to ensure seamless workflow across all departments.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases for internal use.
  • Coordinate virtual meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and communications.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding, documentation, compliance, and general staff coordination.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage reports, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Track project timelines, follow up with team members, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Monitor compliance with organizational standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist leadership with strategic planning, operational support, and special projects.

Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Manager, Operations Manager, Office Manager, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a remote work environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, project management platforms, and remote collaboration software.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting remote teams or digital-first organizations.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, performance tracking tools, and workflow optimization.
  • Knowledge of basic finance/admin tasks (invoicing, budgeting, vendor coordination).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Interest in education, school rankings, content operations, or the Nigerian education sector (added advantage).
  • Able to resume within two weeks following a successful interview.

Salary
N273,000 / month.
