Job Description

• Providing administrative support in general;
• Preparing reports and sending to your line manager;
• Providing airport deliveries for shipment and supports for expatriates movements;
• Supporting in claims for insurance documentations, loss adjusters- and police reports;
• Providing supports in NIN issuance and follow-up;
• Assisting in license issuance.
• Manage and control drivers and their movements;
• Supervising the offloading of diesel (bulk) to sites;
• Monitoring the diesel dispensation to vehicles;
• Providing logistics and administrative supports to expatriates;
• In charge of demand for company’s accommodations;
• Relating with governmental agencies and parastatals such as NAFDAC, SON, ministry of environment and water resources, federal ministry of industry, trade and investment and others;
• Following up and ensuring that vehicle particulars are renewed and obtained as at when due;
• Investigating motor accidents for insurance carrier;
• Carrying out other duties as may be assigned periodically.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND Business Administration or related field;
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail.and energetic.
