Job Position: Architect
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Description
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for architectural design, project planning, and coordination to ensure functional, aesthetic, and regulatory-compliant developments.
Requirements
- BSc / HND in Architecture from a recognised institution
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution
- Proficiency in architectural and design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, planning regulations, and construction processes
- Ability to collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project teams
- Experience in real estate, construction, or PropTech will be an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
