Swift Consultingan Education, Human Resources, and Management firm is currently seeking a qualified and experienced professional to fill the role of *Managerial Architect* for one of our clients in the Architectural and Construction industry.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Managerial Architect
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Major Responsibilities

• Oversee architectural projects from concept to completion
• Manage and coordinate design teams and consultants
• Review and approve architectural drawings and plans
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects
• Support business development with proposals and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is an added advantage)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Strong leadership, coordination, and team supervision skills
• Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
• Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
• Must reside in Lagos.
