We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Art Director

Job Location: Lagos

About the Job

• As an Art Director, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual designs for a variety of digital and print media.
• You will work closely with our creative team to develop and execute high-quality creative campaigns that exceed our client's expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Must be able to create graphics and motion designs.
• Great communication skills
• Providing creative support to the rest of the communications/production team
• Conceptualize and develop compelling visual concepts for clients' marketing campaigns.
• Develop creative ideas and visuals based on briefs with direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the creative team.
• Oversee presentation of final concepts of creative briefs
• Ability to manage brand identity design projects and create brand manuals
• Ability to also design for prints
• Always looking for ways to improve design department processes.
