The Obafemi Awolowo University is a comprehensive public institution established in 1962 as The University of Ife. The University is situated on a vast expanse of land totalling 11,861 hectares in Ile-Ife, Osun State, Southwest of Nigeria.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates applying for this position must possess at least Bachelor's degrees in Dramatic Arts, Theatre Arts, Performing Arts or Creative Arts from recognized Universities.
• Three years post-qualification experience as Artists or staff of the performing troupes of recognized institutions or Cultural Centres/Arts Councils is required.
