We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Graduate Designer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and innovative design concepts for various projects, including but not limited to advertisements, marketing materials, websites, social media graphics, and more.
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices to ensure designs are modern and appealing.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
• Communicate and present design ideas and concepts clearly to team members and clients.
• Produce high-quality visual assets that align with brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Use industry-standard design software to create layouts, graphics, and visual elements.
• Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs based on input from team members and clients.
• Work with printing and production vendors to ensure accurate execution of final designs.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc. Degree.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work and creative projects.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
• Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with web design, UI/UX design, or animation (depending on the specific role requirements).

Salary
N80,000 Monthly.
