Job Position: Assistant Finance Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Deputy Finance Manager to support the Management in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving sound financial management practices.
• The ideal candidate will assist in financial reporting, tax planning, budgeting, and supervising finance team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Oversee tax planning, compliance, and statutory remittances
• Supervise and appraise finance team members
• Ensure accuracy in financial records and accounting processes
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Monitor cash flow and financial controls
• Provide financial insights to support management decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

• BSc in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or Economics
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant finance experience
• Final level of ICAN or ACCA
• Proficiency with SAGE accounting software
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and tax regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
