Job Position: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

• As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for tasks related to cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. This is an on-site role located in Lekki.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related fields
• Relevant certifications such as RICS or AIQS are a plus
• Knowledge of construction and project management
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Cost Control and Cost Management skills
• BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation and analysis skills
• Experience in cost planning and cost reporting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Remuneration

• N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
