Job Position: Assistant to Chairman & Market Director


Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive scheduling, administrative operations, and cross-functional PR initiatives
  • Oversee project lifecycles: Planning → Implementation → Monitoring → Reporting
  • Serve as primary liaison for internal/external stakeholders with timely communication
  • Conduct performance analysis and deliver executive briefings
  • Coordinate high-level meetings and business engagements.

Qualifications & Attributes

  • Educational background: Senior High School Diploma minimum (Bachelor’s Degree from top-tier universities preferred)
  • ≤26 years old | Height ≥165cm
  • Exceptional personal presence: Professional image, polished demeanor, and strong etiquette awareness
  • Foundational qualities: Proactive mindset, cultural sensitivity, and grace under pressure
  • Technical proficiency: Advanced computer literacy (MS Office Suite required; CRM tools a plus).

Core Requirements

  • Business fluency in English (clear articulation) + Chinese proficiency (advantageous)
