Job Description

• Ensuring compliance to company rules and regulations by all staff and reporting any deviation.
• Daily updates and report of production materials usage and sales.
• Monitor and approve all payment and request from petty cash spending
• Daily check of account and report sending.
• Carry out impromptu cash count on petty and cash float periodically.
• Carry out daily cash count and report any deviation or variances.
• Daily check and signing off of bin cards
• Sign off accountant cash book daily
• Daily physical verification of production and sales closing stock at the close of business.
• Review reimbursement prepared by the outlet accountant and sign off.
