Job Position: Bar Manager
Job Location: Iwofe, Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise bar staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train and schedule staff shifts.
• Monitor financial transactions and budgeting.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints.
• Develop and implement promotional activities.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, related field or relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
