Job Position: Brand UI / UX & Graphics Designer (E-Learning & Animation)

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Brand UI/UX & Graphics Designer. The ideal candidate will support our brand identity across digital platforms, design intuitive user interfaces, and create visually engaging learning materials for our e-learning products.
• This role requires someone who is versatile in design, understands user-centered design principles, and is experienced in translating complex ideas into clean, interactive, and engaging visuals.

Key Responsibilities
Branding & Graphic Design:

• Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all digital and print assets.
• Design marketing materials including social media creatives, product sheets, infographics, flyers, and presentation decks.
• Create visually appealing imagery, iconography, illustrations, and brand elements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to bring creative concepts to life.

UI / UX Design:

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile products.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems that follow best UI/UX practices.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into final designs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless handoff and implementation of designs.

E-Learning Course Design:

• Design course layouts, storyboards, and interactive learning modules.
• Convert instructional content into visually engaging and interactive e-learning experiences.
• Develop slide templates, transitions, illustrations, and visual assets used in courses.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure learning objectives are met through visuals.

Animation & Motion Graphics:

• Produce 2D/3D animations, explainer videos, motion graphics, and dynamic course assets.
• Create animated characters, scenes, or instructional visuals where required.
• Edit and enhance video content for microlearning and product demos.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work with product, marketing, learning & development, and tech teams on project executions.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
• Ensure timely delivery of tasks in line with project deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Graphics Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, UI/UX, or related field.
• Mandatory NYSC completion (certificate required).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, brand design work.
• Proficiency in design and animation tools such as:
  • Figma, Adobe XD
  • Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
  • After Effects, Premiere Pro
  • Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar e-learning tools
• Solid understanding of design systems, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for high-quality creative output.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

• Experience designing LMS interfaces.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for design-developer collaboration.
• Experience with storyboard creation for animation.
• Photography or videography skills.
• Understanding of e-learning pedagogy and instructional design principles.
