Job Position: Brands and Marketing Manager

Job Location: Isolo, Lagos

Job Description

• Our client is looking to hire a Brands and Marketing Manager who will run the daily activites of the marketing team, develop brands initiatives and device effective campaign strategies to increase market visibility of the company's product.

Responsibilities

• Devise innovative growth strategies
• Creating designs and layouts for media outlets
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
• Making decisions about the cost of branding and analyzing trends in customer spending
• Overseeing social media accounts and ensure brand consistency
• Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
• Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
• Writing pitches, blog posts and articles
• Conducting meetings with clients

Qualification and Experience

• Higher Degree Diploma in Art / Science or Bachelor in Art/Science/Education/Marketing
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Brand Manager

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven working experience as Brand Manager
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
• Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
• Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
• Outstanding communication skills
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
