Reporting relationship:           Head of Securities Trading and Portfolio Management

Roles and Responsibilities

• Providing investment advice and recommendations.
• Monitoring local and foreign stock market performance.
• Interpreting financial reports.
• Administering and evaluating clients' investment holdings.
• Execute trades.
• Analyze, monitor and research the performance of stocks, trade markets and acquisitions.
• Conduct specific market research and analysis.
• Prepare reports and the market research conducted.
• Proactively look for clients and manage those relationships.
• Regularly update clients on the state of their portfolio and new investment opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (preference will however be given to a management, business, financial or numerate degree).
• Must be a licensed stockbroker qualified to practice in Nigeria.
• 3 - 5 years’ in-depth stockbroking experience and understanding of the capital market.
• Additional qualification and/or professional certification will be an advantage.
