Job Overview

  • We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Administration Officer to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and administrative skills, as well as a solid understanding of business processes.
  • The Business Administration Officer will be responsible for supporting various administrative functions and contributing to the efficient operation of the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the management team and staff.
  • Assist in the coordination of meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Maintain and update organizational databases and filing systems.
  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • NCE / OND in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in business administration or a related role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and office management software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
