Role Description

• This is a part-time remote role for an HR Intern (Volunteer).
• The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting with various human resources tasks and projects, including HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills
• Experience in HR management and implementing HR policies
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the education or nonprofit sector is a plus
• Knowledge of employee benefits
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
