Job Position: Social Media Intern

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Description

• We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Intern to support our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, trends, storytelling, and content creation.
• You will work closely with the marketing team to grow our online presence, engage our audience, and bring fresh ideas to every platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
• Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions professionally.
• Support content creation, including graphics, captions, hashtags, and short-form videos.
• Help track performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly analytics reports.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and brand storytelling.
• Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of major social media platforms.
• Strong writing, communication, and creative skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or other content tools is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and explore new digital trends.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Understanding of analytics tools.
• Photography or content styling skills.
