1.) VIE - Management Controller
Job Location: Lagos
Duration: 2 years (early 02/02/2026).
Your mission

- SPIE Global Services Energy, a leader in Oil & Gas and Renewable Energies maintenance, is recruiting an H/F Management Controller for operations in offices in Lagos, Nigeria.
Main Missions
A true right-hand man of the local DAF and essential link with the operational staff, he will assist him in the following missions:
- Participate in the monthly & annual closing of the accounts and make the link with the management account;
- Preparation of reporting to the parent company: order book ; income statement ; forecast at three sliding months ; customer credit ; provisions ...
- Report its analyses to the Local Management and Headquarters: explanations of the figures and variances observed each end of the month;
- Assist the DAF in monthly meetings with headquarters;
- In the budget phase: Participation in the preparation and analysis of annual budgets and re-forecasts;
- Business review and one-off participations in tenders;
- Participate in the development of procedures and continuous improvement of ERP in relation to the local Finance Department and headquarters
Your profile
- Coming from a training such as a Higher School of Commerce, specialized in Management Control and Accounting.
- Good level in accounting, will be tested.
- A double ESC-DCG degree would be very appreciated.
- First experience needed.
- Good knowledge in management monitoring, business monitoring and cost analysis (you will need to get involved quickly in everything that is followed reportingby cost accounting, reporting to the parent company and monitoring financial indicators.)
- Spoken and written languages: FrançaisFrench and English
- High computer sensitivity required: Office Pack and in particular Excel (formulas ;TCD ; Macros); ERP (Sage or other) ; BI (Essbase ; EPM or other);
- Communication and strong relational qualities to interact with local teams and headquarters;
- Rigorous; dynamic and pro-active.
2.) VIE - Deputy Project Manager - Operations Support
Job Location: Lagos
Job description

- SPIE Global Services Energy, leader in Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy maintenance, is recruiting a VIE (Volunteer for International Experience) Deputy Project Manager - Operations Support for operations based in Lagos Office, Nigeria + Offshore.
Main Missions
True right-hand to the Local Project Coordinator and key link with field operations, he/she will support these core missions:
- QHSE Leadership: Achieve QHSE targets, implement SPIE OGS rules, drive continuous improvements, report risks
- Project Execution: Mobilize technical/human resources, manage rotations/training/logistics, oversee subcontractors
- Contract Success: Lead site meetings, supplier consultations, ensure standards compliance & profitability
- Innovation Driver: Focal point for Carbon Footprint Reduction Actions + propose innovations/prototyping.
Your Profile
- Engineering degree (3-5 yrs exp. Business/Design Engineer preferred)
- Fluent English (Level D)
- Project management, communication, teamwork, risk analysis, Business sense
- MS Office proficient
- Knowledge in the maintenance/engineering field is a plus.
3.) VIE - Junior Tendering Coordinator
Job Location: Lagos
Main Missions
True right-hand to the Local Project Coordinator and key link with field operations, he/she will support these core missions:
- Preparation of technical and commercial offers, in particular by ensuring that risks (technical, contractual, financial, HSE, etc.) are taken into account.
- He/she guarantees the relevance of technical and commercial offers while ensuring compliance with Group procedures, deadlines and customer requirements
- Comply with and ensure compliance with the QHSE rules, instructions and procedures
- Carry out the analysis of the call for tender and a synthesis in order to facilitate the decision whether to bid or not
- Prepare the first risk analysis of the call for tender
- Coordinate on all aspects (contractual and technical) from analysis of the clients call for tender up to contract award
- Manage the validation system
- Coordinate and ensure the delivery on time of full bids
- Ensure the compliance of the bidding as per the Corporate Process.
Standards:
- Comply with the tendering procedure (documents to prepare, level of approval with the required management level)
- Go through the CFT context/compliance, safety/security, scope of work, bid strategy, cost analysis, margin cash
- Ensure the implementation of the decisions taken during the tender approvals
- Organize a kick off meeting in collaboration with the various parties involved in the tender (support functions, service lines, the relevant
stakeholders and the BU Manager) - Coordinate the response to the call for tender with the various stakeholders defined during the kick off meeting
- Participate in the technical and commercial clarifications requested by the client during the call for tenders
- Animate the internal closure meetings
- Animate the validation of all contractual documents before signature
- Manage the transfer to operation team upon award
- Support the operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of the business.
Your Profile
