MedIn Pharma Ltd is located at Sagamu Interchange, Ogun State. We are into the production and sale of different types of infusions. 

Job Description

The Financial Officer will be overseeing all financial operations, setting financial strategy, managing risk, and guiding fiscal health for long-term growth, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, investors' relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop long-term financial plans, set financial goals, and advise on capital structure (debt/equity).
• Financial Operations: Manage accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Cost & Profitability: Analyze production costs, implement cost-reduction strategies, and improve profitability.
• Strategic Leadership: Partner with the CEO and executive team on M&A, new business ventures, and strategic growth.
• Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate, timely financial statements and manage tax documentation.
• Stakeholder Relations: Manage investor relations and build strong relationships with stakeholders. 

Manufacturing-Specific Focus:

• Cost of Goods Sold (COGS): Deep dive into production costs, inventory valuation, and supply chain finance.
• Capital Expenditure (CapEx): Evaluate investments in new machinery, facilities, and technology.
• Operational Efficiency: Use financial data to drive operational improvements on the factory floor. 

Job Requirements

Qualification: BSc/HND in Accounting

Experience: Minimum of 15 years cognate experience in the manufacturing industries
