Job Position: Client Manager / Representative

Description

• We're looking for a real team player who understands the Edtech space and how to ensure clients are satisfied.

Overview

• The ideal candidate will provide top-level customer relationship service for the company.
• He/she should be well-organized and has good Telesales and cold calling skills.
• The individual must be a complete team player who's got some basic knowledge of how the tech space work
• Lastly, this individual should be able to sell the company's vision to clients easily.

Responsibilities / Job description

• Respond and attends to customers' complaints.
• Aid clients when they lose their way using the platform.
• Making calls to potential clients.
• Calls and follow up to new users of the platform.
• Set up demo meetings for the sales department.

Qualifications

• OND, HND, B.SC. Degrees or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Canva etc.
• Proven experience working in a similar role
• Experience in managing multiple priorities.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with excellent follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge in the tech space.
