Bukkha Hospitality Limited (BHL or the Company), trading as Bukka Hut, is a fast-food restaurant with outlets located in Lekki Phase 1, Chevron Drive, Ikota, Ikoyi, Festival Mall - Festac, Gbagada & - MMA2 - Ikeja, Osolo Way, all in Lagos. We serve your favorite Nigerian meals, Bukka style, in a comfortable and hygienic environment.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Contact Center Agent

Job Location: Jakande - Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
• Take and process customers' orders.
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
• Respond to the needs of customers and provide personalized service.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

Requirements

• Candidates should possess minimum of an OND qualification with 0 - 2 years of relevant work experience.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication, both written and verbal
• Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Great active listening skills
• Computer literacy
• Previous experience in a customer support role will be a plus.

Salary
N50,000 Monthly.
