We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Content & Community Manager
Job Location: Lagos (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies that strengthen brand visibility, positioning, and audience growth.
• Create compelling, relevant, and engaging content across social media platforms.
• Manage online communities, drive meaningful conversations, and build audience loyalty.
• Turn audience interests, questions, and pain points into content that drives engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Manage content calendars, publishing schedules, and consistent brand communication.
• Monitor platform performance, analyze insights, and use data to improve content effectiveness.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, identify growth opportunities, and continuously improve the brand's online presence.

Requirements & Competencies

• Proven ability to create compelling content, tell stories, and manage social media communities.
• Excellent writing, communication, creative thinking, and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience behavior, engagement, and growth strategies.
• Ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into actionable content strategies.
• Self-driven, proactive, digitally savvy, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Tools They Must Be Comfortable Using:

• Canva – graphics, carousels, and basic visual designs.
• CapCut – video editing, reels, and short-form content.
• Meta Business Suite – scheduling, publishing and community management.
• Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube – content management and audience engagement.
• ChatGPT and other AI tools – research, ideation, content development and productivity.
• Google Workspace – content calendars, reporting and collaboration.
