We are currently recruiting a corp member seeking a place of primary assignment to work with the procurement department of our client in the confectionery industry.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Corper (NYSC Corps Member)

Job Location: Opebi, Ikeja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Participate in the procurement of goods and services in compliance with the Procurement policy.
• Participate in preparing the Comparative Bid Analysis for procurement and ensuring that the information on the bid analysis and accompanying documents are correct to ensure that all the procurements are done according to the policy.
• Following up with suppliers to get fiscal tax invoices
• Ensure that all procurements and logistics are in line with donor rules and regulations
• Facilitate the quality and quantity control of procured goods and services as per specifications and arrangements set out in the Requisitions, Purchase Orders or Consultancy Contracts
• Assist in preparing procurement packages for final payment
• Perform other related duties and activities as instructed by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 0 - 1 years of work experience.

Salary
N30,000 / month.
