We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Customer Support Intern (NYSC)

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: NYSC

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely responses.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the customer support team to identify common issues and suggest improvements.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and feedback loops to continuously enhance support quality.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience by maintaining a friendly and professional tone in all communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in the NYSC program and actively seeking a place of primary assignment.
• Strong flair for customer relations, with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Adaptable in fast-paced environments with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

2.) Content Marketer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and executing content plans across digital channels.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content for blogs, emails, social media,
• website and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Maintain and update the content calendar.
• Track and report content performance using analytics tools.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree
• 2 years+ experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital marketing.
• A portfolio or samples of written content.
• Interest in fintech, startups, or financial services.
• Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Must-Have:

• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with:
• CMS like WordPress
• Email marketing tools like Netcore
• Basic design tools like Canva
• SEO tools e.g Google Search Console, Ubersuggest, or SEMrush
• Analytics tools e.g Google Analytics, Appsflyer.

3.) Reconciliation Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily and weekly reconciliations of financial transactions between: Internal systems, Partner banks, Payment service providers and others.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with the tech team to flag system-related issues or data mismatches.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for all reconciliations performed.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes with accurate reconciliation reports.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and insights to Finance Lead as needed.
• Recommend and support improvements in reconciliation processes and tools.

Requirements
Must-Have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in reconciliation.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment.

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or other data tools.
• Experience working with fintech, microfinance, or loan/investment platforms.
• Prior exposure to automated reconciliation systems or APIs.
