Job Position: IT Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• To oversee the operations of multiple locations within a given geographic region.
• This role is responsible for developing and executing business plans to achieve short and long-term goals, setting and meeting organizational objectives, and proactively addressing operational issues.
• Additionally, the Regional Manager must ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies. They may also be involved in sales, marketing, and customer service initiatives.

• System and Network Monitoring
• Software Deployment & Updates
• System Usage/Reliability Reporting
• Provide support to 3rd party vendors in deployments, handover and support
• Hardware Maintenance and Minimal Repairs
• Hardware Inventory & Management
• Laptop configuration and set-up
• Technical support
• Technology procurement oversight
• Telematics Support and Client Resolution on Telematics

Requirements

• Minimum of Higher National Diploma, HND / bachelor’s degree, BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of post-NYSC related work experience.
• Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage e.g. Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or its equivalent.
