We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) IT Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Officer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the hospitality industry to manage and support our IT systems.
• The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of hotel systems, provide technical support to staff, and maintain secure, efficient IT infrastructure that supports daily hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain hotel IT systems, including PMS, POS, accounting, and reservation systems
• Provide day-to-day technical support to hotel staff and departments
• Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, servers, workstations, printers, and Wi-Fi systems
• Ensure data security, system backups, and compliance with IT policies
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and system upgrades
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Train staff on basic system usage and IT best practices
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and asset inventories

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of proven IT experience within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS, CCTV, access control, and guest Wi-Fi)
• Experience with network administration, hardware support, and system troubleshooting
• Good understanding of data security, backups, and disaster recovery
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with hotel brands or multi-property environments
• Knowledge of cloud-based systems and virtualization
• Vendor management experience.

• We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Experienced In-House Electrician to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving electrical systems across our facility to ensure safety, efficiency, and full operational functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine electrical maintenance, repairs, and inspections across the property/facility.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and complete corrective actions promptly.
• Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures according to safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and recommend improvements to reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams, contractors, and management on technical projects.

Requirements

• Trade qualification or certification as an Electrician (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
