We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resource Analytics and Artificial Intelligence Officer

Job Location: Lagos (Remote)

 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop structured AI course curricula (live and pre-recorded)
• Deliver engaging live teaching sessions, tutorials, and discussions
• Create high-quality instructional materials, assignments, and assessments
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear, practical, learner-friendly content
• Support learners through mentorship, feedback, and academic guidance
• Collaborate with Wale University’s academic and program teams to ensure quality and relevance

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in at least one listed AI domain with practical or research-based experience
• Academic or professional background in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, Business, or related fields
• Prior experience in teaching, training, tutoring, curriculum development, or technical knowledge transfer
• Strong ability to simplify and explain complex AI concepts
• Familiarity with modern AI tools, platforms, and workflows relevant to the specialization
• Experience creating educational content (lectures, workshops, recordings, or documentation)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse, global learner audiences
• Self-driven, organized, and effective in a remote, asynchronous teaching environment.
