We are a civil engineering consultancy based out of South Africa that specialises in the structural and hydraulic design of all aspects of modern infrastructure. We have significant experience in taking on and delivering structural mega projects across the globe.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Care Representative
Job Location: Ibadan, Iseyin, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
• Generate sales leads
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service sales targets and call-handling quotas
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
