Customer Relations Officer
JOB SUMMARY
Receives customers who come to the bakery and coordinates meeting with customers or events planners. Coordinates and schedules all trainings classes and events classes. Responsible for sorting out creative content and the layout of social media pages and website. Produces marketing materials such as brochures, catalogues and posters.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in any field from a reputable and accredited University.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 0-2 years working experience in any role;
- Experience in Customer service would be an added advantage.
