Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Description

• Our Client urgently requires the services of an experienced Customer Service Officer who has worked in a Microfinance Bank or Micro finance Institution with a minimum of two years experience in Customer service

Responsibilities

• Providing introductory information to new customers
• Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
• Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
• Escalating queries and concerns
• Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any service
• Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services
• Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, B.Sc Degree with 2-3 years of experience.
• For Gender balance, our clients will prefer a female who resides within Ipaja, Gowon Estate, Iyana Ipaja of other close vicinities

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 / Month.
