Owens and Xley Consults - Our client, a premium Dry Cleaning company is looking to hire a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Officer
Job Location: Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person or via telephone
• Receive and check garments thoroughly for defects
• Tag the clothes with the customer name and order number
• Be creative and come up with ways to improve service
• Be able to work with little or no supervision
• Ability to take initiative
• Attention to detail
• Be punctual (very critical)

Compulsory Skills

• Basic computer and internet usage skills
• Microsoft Word and Excel will be a plus
• Fluent in English
• Great communications skills.

Remuneration
N45,000 - N80,000 monthly.
